WN - I'm shooting for 105 but I'll take 100. Just have to keep eating vegetation. . ..
That is either a legit totally in shape 81 year old or somebody much younger tossing their hat in the ring for the Dr. Emmett Brown look alike contest. But somehow I think they are going to lose that by a hair.
Got to say though an admirable effort indeed!

I know, right? I initially thought the same. Then the crowd goes wild. That threw me off. I looked hard for a closeup of his face. That Never happened.
Truly, I wanted to reach into my ipad and snap that rubbery mask right on his face, ....
Be kind WN. OK, ok... his Neck!
"81 Ninja with Hip and knee surgeries finishes course. Woot!!" That's better (nicer

Re: Ninja Warrior (not the bike)
I used to watch the Japanese version religiously. They had something like 25 seasons and since each season had 100 competitors, there were 2500 attempts. Some were Olympic medalists in track and gymnastics, and free-runners, rock climbers, competitors who you think could ace the course. Nope. Out of all the attempts, only three people ever finished the four-part course. The first guy was a fisherman, the second guy was also fisherman, the third guy was a shoe salesman. And he did it twice! The thing all three guys had in common were that they weighed less than 150 lbs (68 kilos).
