Finally put my 164 yuminashi kit on the dyno

Post by Hobbs469 »

Went to the Smokey mountain crawl this past weekend and put my bike on the dyno. It made 14.71 horse power and almost 9 ftlbs of torque. The is on a 2011 pcx motor with the 164cc essentials kit with 31mm tb and matching cam. Def. Pulls good being bolted onto a ruckus chassis. Had the 4 the highest horse power ruckus on the Dyno that weekend and prob top 20 out of the 600 bikes at the show.

What dyno are you using over there? I use Dynojet smallest dyno available (for scooter) and usually I got about 13.5 HP for any essential kit on the 125.
No idea why you guys are making that much more power unless it's due to differences between dynos.

It was a Dyno jet my head is also decked because it was warped. So it may have a little more compression than normal.
