HI! I just installed a Yuminashi 164CC FLAT DECK BIG BORE CYLINDER KIT on my Honda PCX 150. I am using a Takegawa cam, what is the valve clearance you are using ??????????????

IN: 0,10 ± 0,02 mm
EX: 0,24 ± 0,02 mm

0.1 IN and 0.24 EX. That's actually for stock camshaft. No idea how it will work on that takegawa camshaft. If it makes too much noise try 0.05mm IN and 0.1mm EX.

Thats also takegawas specified valve clearance with their cam.
