LV SBK Nero?

Anybody have experience with this slip-on? My area is pretty strict with exhaust regulation and this is the only legal pipe here haha. Would like to know several things:
1) Does it improve performance (i.e top speed & acceleration)
2) Does it affect its fuel consumption? I've known of bike which fuel consumptiom being greatly reduced because of aftermarket pipes
