Anyone with a Workshop Manual?

Post by Nobody »

Hi,

was hoping someone here has a workshop manual. Would like to know the torque settings for tightening up the variator and clutch nuts (and also the large 39mm one on the clutch - but figure that one is a tight as you can).

Going to change the rollers and clutch torque spring. Not urgent as some of the bits are on back order so I have to wait several weeks before I get them. Cheers,

Nobody.

Even if someone had a digital manual, it couldn't be posted because that would violate US copyright law: http://hondapcx.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=17#p22

Luckily, me or other members with the physical copy can upload snippets under "fair use" conditions without violating copyright law. I still recommend getting one, they're quite affordable, but below are all the torque settings provided by Honda (look on 1-11, under Drive Pulley/Driven Pulley/Clutch):

Excellent! Thanks for that maddiedog. Should get a manual, figure I can do most of the servicing myself.

Cheers.
