Scorpion EXO-C100 helmet.

Post by Jge64 »

I wanted a Shorty type helmet for my trips that are around the neighborhood and not on any main roads, and something that can handle the heat of Florida in the upcoming months. I certainly got that with this helmet. I am very impressed. Quality is very good, it fits well, doesn't look like a Nazi helmet, and handles my SENA Bluetooth system perfectly using the optional supplied ear pockets. I highly recommend this helmet if you're looking for something of value in this configuration.

With the visor and vents? I don't see it. It looks urban to me. Nice pick-up.

I've used it for a couple days that I'm still impressed. Especially as it heats up down here in Florida. The airflow through the ear section is still strong but overall very quiet. Because the speakers are placed a little farther away from you , you lose some of your bass lows so you need to make that adjustment in your source material. With the ear pads attached, from 10 feet away it looks like a normal three-quarter face helmet but so much cooler.

It's the helmet worn in the Terminator 2 Judgment Day! Hope it's white that plus the similar fender and faring on the front of our PCX must look pretty bad ass when you're coasting thru the Piggly Wiggly parking lot. That's where my head would be anyway.

It made me think of these kind of retro helmets. . .which you can still get similar ones today. http://www.nexx-helmets.co.uk/contents/en-uk/p268.html :D
