Visiting a motorcycle dealer in the dead of winter has merit. My S&S helmet is getting tired, faded and dinged, and I'm sick of regluing the vinyl trim around the bottom back on. I spent some time on Revzilla helmet shopping but figured you have to put these things on your head to see if they really will work, so off to the local shop. I was interested in something Snell rated and Pinlock ready, so really wanted an HJC to work. The CL-16 was meh, but an FG-17 felt pretty good. After politely asking if they could do any better, they did! Beat Revzilla by $10. We continued to chat as I fished out the plastic, and they guy volunteered the Pinlock insert! Win-win - I get a deal and support the local guy.

Come on, spring!

Since you are asking Im a child of the 70s but getting old.

So it's an jeans (Kevlar lined) and a textile jacket.

Everyone has their own risk profile, so dayglo is fine really.

But for me if I come off again itll be the last time. No matter what I wear.

So no dayglo and no going slower.

Faster if I can.

Too bad the Jacket's big for me, but I likes it, and I would wear it proudly like the rest of me clothes Heck, some of my t-shirts others would trash or make fun of, (like me sis), but I like them and what they say. I wear my red white and blues to the Nursing Home, and Beyond. I hear comments. I grin. I wear what I want, when I want. Not starting a war, not looking for attention, just living My life in My skin....peacefully.
