Might buy the red swing arm cover actually.... anyone know where I can get them in the UK?

I just painted mine black.
Looked much better.

Do you have a photo of yours at all?
I was thinking of doing mine black but didn't want too much black in that area...

Found this video useful actually regarding the threaded bolt hole on the aluminium Swingarm...
bought LocTite now though, but still, didn't know you could use this.

Another option for stripped holes is ptfe tape.

To repair pulled out threads in all casings I've used a kit like this.

They are easy to fit and does a proper job. It means you can use the original size bolt so looks better than tapping it bigger and using a bolt or stud that might not be very suitable for the application.

I think I would do a better job of it to hold a steering wheel on rather than copper wire jammed down the threads. Looks a bit of a bodge.

You would be amazed at how effective ptfe tape is in stripped threads, yes its a bodge but it works extremely well.
Saying that I wouldn't want to use it on suspension or steering components...

It's fine for a no load component.

Also, used copper and steal strips today, along with the LocTite, in the Swing arm which stripped/threaded...
seemed to of worked really well, been taking it easy over bumps etc just incase,
but when I got back, I tried to give the whole thing a wiggle and it seems really solid,
so fingers crossed it stays that way, but i'll keep strips and the allen key under my seat just in case!

Sounds nice though, same the Helmet has a lot of wind noise so hard to hear it when going certain speeds,
and obviously the Action Camera is really bad for wind noise, ah well,
noticed a lot more people turn to look now, including Cars, so at least it's doing it's job.

Haha, I edited that in Photoshop, the red swingarm cover isn't far off that colour red though I believe.... i've just managed to get that bolt sorted that and don't really want to be taking it off :-( so might have to leave it a while and just try and clean up the swingarm for the time being, that red does look really good though!

Any suggestions on how to get the Baffle out?
obviously took the screw out from the bottom...
got some pliers (with some cloth) on the middle section and tried to pull it out but it's solid,
didn't want to wiggle it around too much because of the bolt holding the Exhaust on (threaded) didn't want to loosen it.

Why dont people post pics when they have a problem? Otherwise you're explaining color a blind man…and we cant help as fast......

When you look at the rear pipe doesn't have a round circlip with two holes , one on each end? and if so it'll take a special set of pliers to pull that clip.....

and instead of taking photos and posting and waiting for replies I thought if anyone knew about these Exhausts on here anyway,
but no, it isn't have that that you posted Jge64, just a allen screw into it from below.

Gotcha......pull the allen screw after getting it nice and hot from a 15 ride.

The allen screw I can get out, just... the Baffle itself is REALLY tonight, wont budge,
so shall I run the Bike for awhile and then try with the cloth and pliers to pull it out..
