New PCX Owner - Recommend a nice cover that fits well

Post by Dekan54 »

Hi,

I just purchased a new 2011 PCX and would like to find a nice garage cover for it. I have seen many "fits all" nylon covers and would like to find something better. Maybe a cotton material.....

What have the rest of you found that you like?

Thanks

I doubt this falls in your "good" category and it's the only cover I have ever used but this:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000PC ... 00_details

works great for me.

I haven't seen one or been able to find one online, but I'm fairly sure Honda offers an OEM cover for the PCX in other countries. I did some googling to try to find it, but to no avail.

Try Wally world (Walmart), Got mine there and it fits very comfortably (not too tight and Not to loose). It has bottom straps, tells you where the front is (so, no guessing back from front of cvr), has front breather vents and priced right. Maybe you can check their website for it (I bought mine IN the store). Not waterproof. I garage mine also with cover on for extended periods (away vacationing, etc.) It does the job 4 me and I'd buy it again

I second the wal-mart one. I sprayed mine with some fabric sealant stuff (forget what it is called, but I think 3M makes it), and it repels water fine now.

The one from Wal-Mart doesn't. If anything, it prevents scratches from people bumping the bike.
