Post by kramnala58 »

I don't know where this is, but I think I want a few more miles/kms under me before I would attempt this ..... okay, maybe more that a few. :o o_O

OMG. You know...sometime, staggered riding isn't the best approach. I'm surprised that the guy was not only riding on the "outside lane" but at one point he takes a hand off the handlebar. Pretty sure I would have died of a heart attack if I were his passenger.

I am sure more than once the passenger wondered if farts had lumps. :o

You have to be desperate or stupid to drive that road! Is it one way? What happens if someone is coming from the opposite direction?? What about rock slides? Nope. I think I would take the long way around.

This road could be the only access for some remote village.

I always TRY not to look at posted links with headers like this sometimes for days but then eventually the comments suck me in...... YOU SUCK!

I made it until the guy took his hand off the grip.... whew! Its the one playing it safe on the inside that could easily nick the handlebar and throw them both over the high side.

Maybe it's their countries idea of an Adventure Theme Park "Ride?" These three must travel it to get to market or local pub all the time!
Well, Not for me, not at this/my age anyway.
 Hmm...(thinking back) if I were in my teens, and rode my bicycle for practice along those dangerous dirt rock boulder wet cliff hanger roads, I might give it a Slow go on a motorbike. I did some real crazy bike riding as a youngin and teen, by myself and with friends. C'mon! I bet ya'll did!
Except when my parents found out (whoa!) I was truly "Grounded"

I had to stop that video after a couple seconds. I wouldn't even step onto that road.

Hey kram! I knew your video reminded me of another one that's similar.

Group Bus Tour...Anyone? Close the windows, you'll feel better (haha). I would poop in me pants if I were onboard (truth!)

We went to Ouray and Telluride, CO on vacation a few years ago and there is one valley with a few jeeps like we rented at the bottom. They said it is too hard to get to to retrieve them. Just the bodies were retrieved by helicopter. Right after we left some old couple went off of Big Bear pass near Telluride.

It's one-way down. I didn't think it was too bad until we met a moron coming up in a Hummer 2. He passed in a wide spot on the outside.

Do you mean, Black Bear pass? Usually a couple of deaths a year on it. Almost all of the rental jeeps have that pass restricted.

I can understand Jeeps being banned, they have enough trouble on bitumen highways. :D :D

The last real Jeep was made in 1949.
