Can I ask why you want to fit the Honda ones? They're ridiculously expensive. I've just had the Oxford Commuters fitted on my Forza. Less than £50, and wire directly onto the battery terminals. They switch off automatically when you turn the engine off.

I know I can have Oxford ones. but I can get genuine Honda from www.kfm-motorraeder.de for 175.50 eur with delivery = £135 which isn't to bad.
In honda uk they costs £295. I have been today to check.

I have the genuine heated grips....They were fitted at PDI, so I'm afraid I don't know for a fact whether they come with fitting instructions or not, although if they're available as a retro-fit accessory it's probably safe to assume that they do!

I went for the genuine grips because they just look so neat....The switch is nice and discreet, mounted right next to the left grip, and operated by the left thumb....It all looks beautifully integrated!

However, the grips don't really get that hot, even on maximum (5) setting....On a cold day, if you're wearing gloves thin enough to feel the heat transfer, I don't believe they would keep your pinkies that warm! I chose to use mitts aswell, and this worked very well in the coldest of temperatures, but if I were making the choice again, I'd probably go for Oxford grips, and tolerate the unsightly switch! :D
