If you get bored and looking for some ideas to add to your Forza, here are some lazy man ways to add some stuff, These involve no cutting or removal of any body panels. Now my seat stays up without any stick and glides up without effort. Will be adding a brake light strobe and some headlight modulation in short order.

Looks like a Givi windscreen. Glad the cutting down worked for you. I need one that's taller than they make. Their "tall" is good for me up to about 55mph but at 70mph my head gets beat up inside the helmet.

Not sure what you did to fix the seat hydraulics. Is that a different support? If so, what kind and where did you get it?

I think I like the bungee mesh on the back of the seat, but your video didn't show how you mounted it. Fill me in?

If you want to raise the windscreen, I'd suggest looking into a Laminar Lip ("google" it). They make one for the Forza optional tall windscreen, which I have on my Forza...it works great...reduces the buffeting. Not sure if the Lip for the Forza tall windshield will be correct for the GIVI, but they make generic Lips for various widths of windscreens. They attach with a Velcro-like material (but stronger),have a range of height adjustments, and are removeable.

Laminar Lip for the Forza (Honda Screen) can be seen here: http://www.laminarlip.com/forza.php
If you like this type of idea/solution perhaps contact them? Ask about idea(s) of raising your Givi?
