Extra part? Or is something not installed correctly?

Hello!
I just picked up my Honda Forza 300 (2014) from the shop after its 16K check-up. I've attached a couple of pictures of what looks like a screw cover--something to keep water of out somewhere--but I have no idea where it goes. The shop said it was in my seat storage when they got it--but I know FOR SURE that it wasn't. They also left some screws off the body that I have to take it back in on Tuesday after the holiday to have them put back in. (Obviously, they're not the most meticulous so this will be the last time at this shop.)

Does anyone have an idea of what this rubber seal is or where it might go?

It covers one of the bolts that secure the seat to the front hinge.
Lift the seat and look at front underside edge and you should see the hole it goes in...maybe even two?

Perfect fit! Thanks! I now see I'm missing one--so I'll get them to find that one when they put in the missing body screws.
