FORZA seat lift Fix like this

Here's what I'm looking to install in my Forza. Set the lift rod , of proper weight, at an angle so it will help the anemic Honda lift do its job.
Will post pix when I get it sorted.

I have to think Honda could have made a change for 2015 after what I hear is a very frequent warranty replacement item. My dealership mechanic said as much as 50% of the seat mechanisms are at some stage of failure on the incoming bikes for service. Of course that figure may not be the same globally but it has to be significant enough that it should have prompted a 2015 model change. I hear the next revamp is for the 2016 year.
