You can get them mail order from any Honda parts supplier.
Part number is 90305-KWN-701, £6.23 from here
Although changing them is recommended, I still have the original one on mine after 32,000 miles and many tyre and pad swaps.
Four decades on two wheels has taught me nothing, all advice given is guaranteed to be wrong

great help boys...thanks
just reused the nut last tyre change but thought i should get new one this time...suppose reused nut properly tightened would suffice however...now to get wheel off...and check those brake pads!

The nut will probably be OK a few times. As long as its tightened correctly. With the number of wheel removals in a year for new pads you wouldn't want to buy a new nut every time anyways.

I checked the rear pads today. You do not need to take the wheel off to do this. Just pull the caliper off.
