16k service

Post by Flybywyre »

My 16000 mile service is going to need doing this year and I have been quoted £589 by my local Honda dealership.
This seems a bit high and I was wondering what others have paid for the same service?

Hi. If you want I can do it for you to main dealer standards over weekend and at yours for £280. Including new belt, variator rollers and sliders, engine oil, air filter, final drive oil, spark plug, general lubrication, check over. All this with paperwork and decent prove of service for your records. Pm me if interested.

The expensive bit is the valve clearance check, lots of tupperware to come off.

After getting a similar quote to you I had an independent dealer service my Forza at 16,000 miles
Using genuine Honda bits plus front & rear pads came out at £363.20 including the fitting of a back tyre.
Dragon-UK's offer looks good to me

No worries. If you are interested in professional service outside yours over weekend for convenience and to save some money get in touch mate. All main dealer or high quality parts. (honda belt and rollers, castrol oil, ngk spark...)
All the best
