Hi Everyone

Post by Chris S »

Hey there, just joined the forum. Finally found a group hosting the Forza - thank you. Have a new 2014 since last August. This is my 6th scoot in a nine year period listing chronologically; 2005 Vino, 2006 Vespa GT 200, 2008 Piaggio BV500, 2009 Kymco Xciting 500, and a Sym Fiddle 125. Traded the Kymco and Sym in on the Honda NSS300 (silver, ABS) and so far I like this one the most. I will post comparisons later as I just wanted to introduce myself. Also I experienced a warranty replacement that I will discuss so other owners may keep an eye out for it. I will update my profile as soon as I figure it out, any help would be appreciated. Anyway, thanks for letting me be a member and hello to all.

Chris.

Hi, neighbour! Sorry for the delay; just got home from work. Boy, I am embarrassed; I don't know the Universities here yet. Recently relocated to Michigan, and have been involved in work since the day I arrived.

Looks like the Spartans are closer to me, but I will just have to check to see who has the best winning record, and choose then!! (I hope nobody from work sees this, and figures out who I am- I am sure I will be put on a rail, and run out of the building for that remark...!)

YOU YOU...HaHa! Took me a minute, too. Looks like you don't have football in the centre of the universe...too bad for you. These are Michigan Universities; these are places to learn good comedy, but looks like you already graduated!!

Hey. I thought that avatar was funny. Maybe I should change it, but I'm kinda old and used to ride Vespas so I thought it was appropriate if a little nauseating.

So I have posted the warranty claim here as promised if you want to check that out and look at your units.

Just kidding ya- the avatar WAS funny ! By the way, you look younger than me, so maybe the Vespas don't pack on the age as fast...

Now, where is that ol' warranty claim thingy, anywho?

Hi MichRocks - the post is in Honda Forza>General> title "Warranty Claim - water pump oil seal 2014 Forza 300." Just turned 63, but don't tell the girls okay.
As you get much the same weather as we do here (not that far away) I can let you blame this extra ccccold on me. If I had bought a snowmobile we would all still be wearing shorts. LOL.

Welcome~

Was the warranty work that significant? I haven't heard of any major problems with our bikes so far... I can't imagine what would have to go wrong for it to lemon :O

Welcome, Chris.
I cruised through London on the way to Gore Bay about an eternity ago and had fun.
Glad you're here.

Welcome to the forums. I am a Forza rider too.

BTW, London, Ontario is a nice city. My husband lived there for many years and went to U. Western Ontario for his BS degree.
