You should be able to make a standard replacement key for it. You won't be able to lock and unlock the key cover on the bike, but at least you would have a spare.

When I needed a spare for my Burgman 400 I ordered a blank on eBay and had a locksmith cut it for me.

The problem with that is that you have to strip the tupperware to install it. I bought my PCX used with only one key. Like you, I found that the blanks are all but unobtainable. I ended up getting a blank from the UK via Ebay and then having the locksmith cut it. I think it came out to about $35 all totalled.

But Murphy's Law says that when you need to use your spare key, someone will have closed the lock cover!

Beware of Chinese steel key blanks on the net. Your local locksmith won't put a steel key blank in his machine... must be brass. They can look silver on the outside but must be solid brass inside.

Yep, local locksmith verbally attacked me after I handed him my Chinese/ebay Burgman key blanks. "Trying to ruin my cutter!!?"
No clue what was going on, so took blanks to local hardware store where the kid cut them for $2.
Crap....who knew?

See if this link works. The price and shipping are ridiculous but it may give you an idea about searching on the web.

Here is one I came across that made no sense to me but may make sense to others

I had gotten one of these:
https://www.ebay.com/sch/sis.html?_item ... 4100.l9146

The local locksmith charged me 6 bucks to cut the key, so it's going to end up costing $20-$30 in any case. The fun part was the trial-and-error with the little magnets to figure out which of the four holes to leave blank to activate the ignition flap.

If you have one orig. key....set your new magnets on the ones on your orig. key...they will fairly hop into the correct position. ..now move them to new key without flipping them...use same holes.(Suzuki Bulgarian keys work same way)
Baddabing.
