Post by gn2 »

This site is a comprehensive guide on how to reshape and reupholster a motorcycle seat, hopefully some will find it a help when it comes to a DIY humpectomy.

Me?
No, I don't find the hump enough of a problem to make it worth my money, time and effort.

Wow, great link. I took the lazy option and got my local auto/marine trimmer to do my humpectomy. Took them an hour or so and cost $100 (about 65 quid). would have taken me all day and would have had to buy some of the tools!

I know they say dont use memory foam but I just bought a memory foam contoured pillow for sleeping, based on my physio's instruction as I tore my shoulder tendon when sailing, and its fantastic. 5 months of shoulder pain has almost disappeared!
