Speed approaching 90MPH? 150KPH? I don't think so.

It's got to be a sleeper. . .there's something under the tupperware that he's not telling us.

He seemed to get up to 100 pretty quick too. I think he went from 20-100 in 7 seconds. That seems a little fast. I tend to agree with PCX150Rider, and suspect he done some mod work on it.

150kph is around 90mph or more. That PCX has got some mods...

I was so ready to upgrade to that color just to get that fast.

Disappointing, guess I'll have to settle with my 110kph top for Now.

I think that whole PCX was white at one time but after the engine mod it ran really hot on racing fuel which caused the some of the plastics to turn orange.

On another note does the PCX have a front wheel speedometer? If it does and the guy ran a smaller wheel it would turn faster and thus indicate an artificially high rate of speed. I couldn't see his front wheel in any of the video. But judging by the background I think I have to concur with EasyRider it may be doing only 60ish.

The speedo is an electronic thing that runs along the top of the CVT back to the transfer case under a black plastic shroud.

Don't worry Mr Rider, you can get a speedo calibration thingy-bob of some sort to address over/under-reading.
I've not investigated those, but PCXdemon may have had some experience with them if I stretch my memory?

I get 75 mph out of my wife's bike just changing the VARIATOR, drive face and rollers. The bike is very light as it is, so running at that speed on the freeway was not comforting. It felt like it wanted to get airborne.
So, if he truly got 90 mph out of that bike it wouldn't have been easy to control. He could have gotten it to that speed if he put a big bore kit in it, maybe in conjunction with the other mods I mentioned...but there is no way that it can do 90 mph straight from the production floor.

Thai PCX... they have tons of mod options. The acceleration too quick for stock CVT.

I only dare to push my white PCX 150 2015 to 130km/h, in empty deserted road of course. Safety first. Too windy and the engine sort of max out...
