I've been looking at acquiring a new PCX and am debating the discounted 2015 models ($400 off!) or getting a new 2016. I'm not hot on white or black, but the new red is nice. Anyway...
I keep reading that PCX panels are "inexpensive", but I've only been able to find full body kits for around $500+ shipped to the U.S. Is there a go-to place to pick up OEM or other color panels for less? My thought was to get a discounted 2015 in white then just replace the panels, but $500 is not that cheap. Plastidip is an option but I don't know if the finish will look like I spray painted it or not (especially considering I'm terrible with painting).

Re: PCX Panel Sourcing
Look at bikerzbits.com, they are based out of Thailand. Shipping is a little higher to send stuff half way around the world, but their lower prices offset that a bit!

Hi raspy, welcome aboard. So, you're not crazy over the color White. Hmm...I'm partial to it myself (and my hi-viz attire ) but Hey! Red's Hot!
Back to your question, I have a few websites to pass on to you and those seeking a few:
1) http://www.hondapartshouse.com
2) http://www.powersedge.com
3) http://www.mrcycles.com
4) http://www.servicehonda.com
5) http://www.bikebandit.com
You might want to ask them if they would sell a full color kit to you rather than piece by piece (and for a lesser price than piece by piece
Hope the links help. You will really like this scoot in any color Cheers!

Don't forget partzilla.com
https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/honda ... -ac-pcx150
They have some of the lowest prices I have seen on the market. Keep in mind that these vendors only have the colorsame that were advertised for that year, so you may have to select a different year and try the parts to see what, if any, changes were made by Honda. For example, I don't think there were many, if any, changes between the 2015 and the 2016, except for the colors. I believe the 2016 model has the red you like.

Re: PCX Panel Sourcing
With the recent scooter accident, I am also looking at the panels.
How well do these panels match the original mounting?
I was looking at the Bikerbits site and they have a complete silver plastics set.
That might be something that would interest me.
Any info would be appreciated!!

Re: PCX Panel Sourcing
I don't know that much about bikerzbits.com but Partzilla.com had the parts I needed when I needed to fix my bike, and the colors were spot on.
I think the only caution is when you change panel years on your bike. As far as I know though, Honda did not change the styling of the bikes after 2015, so I would think all of those would fit the same.
There were some changes between the 2011 model and the 2013 model.
As for the 2013 model, my two are 2013 models and I have had no problems with paint or panel matching. I did end up with a panel that had a paint bubble in it on one occasion, but the panel was cheap enough that I just ordered another one.
