PCX selling well

Post by TC3 »

PCX becoming very popular from whar dealer tells me. They had a used one, a demo, 4 black ones, 2 white ones and 2 silver on the floor and as I left I saw 2 more silver ones being uncrated. He said PCX being a 125 was selling very fast lately. Good to know the PCX community is growing fast.

I tend not to commute on my scooter now, but I'm sure I was one of the first PCXers in London :D

Fast forward a year, and I see tons of them about now :)

It's interesting how well the PCX is selling over in the UK, dealers don't even carry PCXes in the States anymore. According to my dealer, they halted the supply line for 2012 until the 150s come out in 2013... :(

In the UK people are generally looking at downsizing vehicles because the price of fuel is getting crippling.

Wow, your gas is several times more expensive than ours. Not jealous of that. o_O

It's interesting that your dealer said that... One of my friends just bought one a couple weeks ago, and i met someone else who had one today. He saw me as I was gettin my jacket on about to leave the airport and turned around to ask me about my topbox. I told him about this site, and now I'll be helping him out with his next service.

Also- TC3

Why and where will you be in the US?

My wife is American (we met in a chat room 13 years ago). As it stands we will visit her familly in Wisconsin for 2 weeks and then spend 3 days in New york. If my goddaughters family can not make the family reunion in WI we wil drive over to Arizona to visit them. It is only 1900 miles each way!

I just filled up my hire car with diesel here in UK. Cant believe diesel costs more than petrol. It should be easier to refine. Prices are double what we pay. And weather is shite!

I can't imagine a 1900 mile trip on the PCX. That'd be insane. o_O

TC3 -- good luck with the move, you'll love it here. People complain about the USA all the time, but as long as you have a good job that gives good health benefits, there's no greater place to live.

Cheers Dave, wifey is an architect and I an auto cad tech so hopefully jobs will be there assuming the construction trade has recovered by then. There is a lot I like about USA but equally a lot I like about UK. Reason for the move is to be around my goddaughter and her sister as they grow up :-)
