Hi I have the same issue that i will have to tackle. Mine makes noise on cobblestone only. see the vids at the end of this thread: http://www.hondapcx.org/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=8398

Can you take some pics when you will change the steering stem bearings? It could really be useful...

I'm sorry, a friend of my who is a mechanic replaced the bearings for me. But he said it wans't that difficult to do.

I removed this morning the exhaust of my pcx and noticed something is moving inside the exhaust. It slides to the left en right when I move it up and down.

Is this something to worry about?

Something moves inside the exhaust pipe, or in the muffler?
There is a gasket at the end that connects to the engine. It is round and just held in place when you tighten the bolts that hold the pipe to the engine.

Thanks for the update, I'll check the bearing on my scoot as that noise is annoying. Also, how many miles on your scoot?
