If coolant is getting in the engine oil, there are typically several symptoms. 1) The oil will almost always have the color of "coffee with cream". 2) if it's getting in via a failed head gasket, the coolant will get blown out from the overflow tank due to being pressurized from combustion .... and the "smoke" from the exhaust will not be blue (like from burning oil) but rather ash white due to the coolant steam from combustion.

If your oil is not the color of "coffee with cream", then it's unlikely that there's oil in it.

Main causes of coolant in engine (in no particular order) are failure of waterpump mechanical seal, crack in cylinder casting, leaking cylinder head gasket.
Have you had an oil change recently?
Could be someone has put the wrong type of oil in.
I've never seen red engine oil like that.
Fork oil yes, engine oil no.

The mechanic put in Motul 7100, but I wasn't there when he poured it in to see the colour.

I think I wouldn't use the bike and either get on to your garage or drain the sump, see what was in it and replace.

Has your coolant level dropped and is it red?

Turns out Motul 7100 4-stroke oil is indeed red, very weird.
Every day a school day.

Excellent.

So at the end of the day everything is OK with the bike. Just the colour of the new oil causing a bit of confusion.

A wee while ago there was a procession of old trad 2t scooters through the centre of town, must have been two to three hundred of them, I was following driving a bus about two cars back from the end, with the cab window open and it was utterly intoxicating.
