Surging

anyone have a problem with the pcx surging mine keeps surging and changed air filter and sparkplug , worse when cold but does it all the time

Do you have any more info, like what year, how many miles, when does it do that?

If you're meaning the surging that happens when at top speed, at or close to wide-open-throttle, then it's just the rev limiter kicking in.

Failing that, upload a video with sound so we can all take a look at it for you.
