LED mods to 2013 PCX 150.

Post by dgnyberg »

Okay, I searched and couldn't find any detailed info on what my plan is.

I am replacing the standard Turn Signals with Driving lights. They mount fine and look good.
I want to move the turn signals into the lower portion of the headlight assembly.
I have some strip amber LED lights. when I hooked them up to test them, they lit, but didn't blink.
I know I need a load resistor in line with them, And I read a couple of posts pertaining to that.
But, I couldn't find the resistor value used. I am sure it is here somewhere, but for the life of me I can't find it.
Just like most things, when I need them, I can't find them, then after I go out and buy a new one. . .
THERE IT IS!!!

Thanks for any assistance!!!

You could buy a LED compatible turn signal relay clicker on eBay for a dollars. Mine doesn't make the clicking sound, but there are ones that do make it.

You could get something like this one, if you want the clicking sound.

I bought this type with adjustable blinking rate.
