Problem & Solution

Post by JaeMelo »

Sounds like an unplugged or faulty ICV/IAC sensor ro whatever they're called on these bikes lol. The Idle control valve regulates how much air will enter through a bypass valve within your throttle body when the thottle body is closed/@ idle. If this sensor fails in the closed position the bike surely will not let in any air needed to maintain an idle like you described. I've had this happen to my car and also to my honda airblade. If you're interested in testing whether or not it is indeed the valve or even interested in temp fixing your idle issue I can easily type up instructions or create a video for you.
