Had a look but how do you know what is what in this manual? I'm in the process of putting engine back together band was hoping to see what torque to use doing cylinder and head nut and bolts etc.
Has anybody got english version please.

I have a service manual on route to me from the US.

I intend to cut it up and scan each page as I prefer to have things in a digital format (less space!).

I guess this will take a few weeks at x pages per night but when done I could potentially make it available if that doesn't break forum rules?

Nothing to be sorry about, much appreciated. Things like this along with other 'how to' vid's and tutorials are great. Thanks again.

Off topic, but just trying to be culturally sensitive for a moment:
I think you'll find that is beautifully spoken/written Thai language. Certainly not Japanese, anyway.

Thanks for the links, BTW.

I don't understand why people ask for free stuff that is illegal to post. Why not buy the OEM service manual? You paid a few thousand to buy the scooter, why not pay for the manual? I understand we all want to save on expenses. I gues being in IT for over 24 years taught me illegal downloads are not worth getting fined or worse. I'm sorry if I am offending anyone, but spending money for the real thing is not worth the risk of getting fined or going to jail. I truly apologize.

Especially true considering parts of the world where the manual shipped costs about $40. In the UK, to get the official UK LED style service manual costs about £90 as it's in two parts (rip off Britain as usual) - the older '12-'13 full manual and a '14 onwards supplement which only covers the changes and has updated wiring diagrams (no comprehensive engine maintance like the full older manual). That may have changed with the '16-'17 models. Still, I have both parts and with all the video's and tutorials on here and youtube, hardly any need to own one for any usual maintance procedure.

Cylepedia offers an online manual for about $50 US. Comprehensive -plus part numbers and on line help,
they did the work and have to eat also, why try to ride for free?

Hi,

My service manual arrived from the US today after 2 weeks.

I have debound it (cut it into individual pages) and have scanned 60 pages tonight - I think there is about 400-500 pages total so it will take me a week or 2 to work though.

I will be able to PDF it and make it available - can a moderator confirm if this is ok or not?

It's not, but there are ways around it. PM works. My email has the addition of Dropbox which handles files overy the 25 mb. However, I think there are other sites on which you can drop it for public use. Not sure how that works though.

Thanks for asking instead of just going ahead and posting it. We appreciate it.

To answer your question as to whether or not it is okay or not, we will consult with the site owner and administrator and get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks for the thumbs up/permission. :)

I have got another 150+ pages scanned tonight so about halfway through now...I should have the whole lot ready by the start of next week I think.

It will also be a big PDF - around 300meg as it is photo quality scans/hi resolution - so I will likely upload to dropbox and link to it.

Will keep you all updated.
