Tightening side mirrors

Post by intlwerewolf »

My PCX died in the middle of the road the other day. Battery. All good now BUT when I got a mate to come grab me in his van, we had to take the mirrors off to get it in. Now Im trying to put the mirrors back on but they are tightening in the wrong positions before beginning to loosen again from the bottom! Something so simple is beginning to make me go a little mental so Im putting it out there.... Is there a little trick to it??

yes, you need to lossen the top nut on each then put the wing mirrors in place and tighten up using the bottom nut then tighten the top nut when you have put them at the correct angle.
Hope this helps
