Encouraging Preliminary Results
I did some night riding around my town to see how effective the LED lights are and I'm pleased with what I have so far.
The cut off line of the lights might not be that great, but it might be good enough. The High beam works, I would say like stock. The low beam is good, but I don't remember too wheal how the stock beam was, so that will need some before/after comparison. My cellphones camera couldn't capture the shadow details, but it does give a good idea of how the light projects.
As for the color of the lights, the yellow 3000K is very yellow. The 6000K "white" light is a bluish color that gives a lot that blue glare when looking at it. For the final project I will set Yellow as my low beam color, as I find it very pleasing to the eye. Studies have also shown that Warm White headlights are better for the eye, less stressful. I can look up some sources if anyone is interested.

In the following image I locked the shutter speed and ISO settings on my phone, no clue on the f-stop.

In this garage picture I didn't lock the white balance, which you can tell by the color of the light coming through the window.

The headlights are bright when compared to the light from my 10 watt driving lights.

After flicking the lights from Yellow to white a few times, they fell out of sink. One is Yellow and the other is white. It does highlight the difference of the Hi/Low light beam and the color difference.
I'll be working on the electrical last.

The light pattern might still improve when I proceed to adjust the position of the LEDs for best light projection possible. The design of the plastic pieces is final, I don't think that I will modify them further. I will move on to adjusting the LEDs and to solve the Hi/Low electrical circuits, so that they sync with the switch on the handle bars.

That is a great set of results!

As a note, you may want to shoot against a distant wall from a fixed distance and using the OpenCamera app lock the camera settings down and compare the stock light beam pattern to the LED.

That's a great idea, I'll be doing that for the final judgement. I'll be looking up instructions on how to adjust headlight beam as wheal. I just installed the OpenCamera app, lots of great features. My phones camera can't capture the light above the beam cutoff line.

That's a great idea, I used my 3D printer because I have one. I can print a set for you if you like, just cover shipping. Should be cheap through USPS. Only thing I don't like about my light kit is the yellow color, a bit too intense.

Definitely, but let me first set up my printer to print with a nylon filament, it needs calibration. The cheap eBay filament that i'm using isn't good for thin parts, it's brittle.

Turn signal flasher
Here is a pic of where the blinker relay is located. It just plugs in. This is the 99 cent eBay one. It's the bright orange relay in the image. I added some electrical tape, as the plastic mounting bracket on the flasher broke.

Cigarette lighter receptacle
I wired my cigarette lighter/(auxiliary socket) to the main relay, specifically the Red/Black wire.
I soldered the wire onto the spade connector for a more secure connection. By the way, I didn't have an issue with the wire wrapped around the spade connector.

How are these "custom changes" regulated in your country regarding the police, technical inspection and insurance (in case of ...)?
Is it allowed just to switch original halogen bulbs with custom made leds, even if they make front beam much more efficient and don´t blend other drivers?

Completely illegal in the United States as they are not Department Of Transportation certified. However, nobody usually cares as long as they're not abnormally impeding other drivers' vision.

Here in California there is no annual inspection on vehicles running condition. Only thing that is inspected is the emissions system, every two years. It doesn't mean that these changes are legal, they aren't, they just fly under the radar. Unless the mod is obvious or annoying to the authorities then no one will bother you.

Found a nice looking dust cover rubber boot on ebay, not sure on the quality though or the size. It might need some trimming to fit the pcx.

It's another option.

Looking good, thanks for sharing pictures of your led project. Do share pictures of the result of your LED setup. Do you have a link to where you bought the led kit that you used.
