Well, saggy pants can be the downfall of a DIYer, you know. You can't change the oil with saggy pants, and trying to get to the spark plug with saggy pants is almost impossible. In fact, the only thing you CAN do well with saggy pants is taking them off.
I saw a guy walking along the bridge over the freeway recently that had one hand holding his pants and the other trying to balance some groceries. Dummy! Pull up your pants and get a belt. Everything will be easier after that!

I love the millennial story that my lawyer buddy told me. Last summer he was interviewing for a new paralegal, and interviewed several millennial‘s. After interviewing one guy right out of college, two hours later he got a call from the kid’s mother, claiming that “he needs another chance, he didn’t answer the questions correctly”…

Naturally my friend thought if his mother is calling BEFORE he got hired, he’s going to be a handful as an employee, so no thanks…

The company I retired from was looking at hiring some young engineers straight out of college. Because there are so few college graduates in engineering they could just about write their own tickets. Our company called an all hands meeting to inform us that we would have to allow for some inconsistencies in the dress codes for these new young hires, but that only they would have the exceptions. Well, a few weeks later the new hires started showing up. We could tell which ones were the new hires based on the way they dressed right away. Imagine engineers in a major corporation walking around with saggy pants, tennis shoes, and tee shirts. Now imagine them going into meetings with International clients! I know that it is a competitive business when you have 10 companies trying to recruit one engineer, but there has to be some kind of dress code requirement if you are going to stay in business!

I saw this on a poster once:

"Children in school today never fail - they're just given a many opportunities as they need to succeed. This bears no resemblance to ANYTHING in the real world".

Thought it summed it up quote well!

YIKES!

I've just finished watching "Suits" on Netflix - I like Harvey Specter's approach to dressing far more.
