So I've been seeing lots of sea turtle nests on vacation and I've been reading up on them (yes, I'm getting bored on this island - time to go home soon ) and I learned that only about 1 out of every 100 baby sea turtles in an average nest will survive the perilous journey from its nest to the sea, which is only slightly more dangerous than riding around on two wheels So next time you're feeling worried because of all the crazy cagers, just think like a baby sea turtle - put on your shell (your helmet and gear) and then zig, zag, and run like hell to get home safe!
