Grey n Blue 300

Post by Kompact »

Got the new scoot about 1/2 setup. Still to come: Airhawk seat, Molassi rear shocks, custom decal work, all season tires and possibly a new exhaust.
The cruise control was worth every penny.

Need the blue adjustable 'long' levers from webike.
They actually serve a purpose.

I like it a lot. I agree with Fish, adjustable leavers would look real sharp, even if they we solver with blue accented adjusters on them.

Where did you get your accessories from?

I would like to see the seat from Airhawk. Post a pic when you put it on.

Will it give you more leg room? I haven't rode one, but sat on a couple, and it felt like I had less room for my legs than the PCX with the stock seat. It would be nice to be able to stretch out my legs to put my feet on the rising part of the foot rest. But at 6'1" (1.85 m), that might not be possible.

Got most of the blue stuff from http://www.powerbyforza.com/en/21-bikers?p=2 the chrome gas cover I can't remember and the cruise control is the best on the market https://www.brakeawayproducts.com/

I'll def post some pics of the Airhawk when it shows up, should be here by the end of next week. From what I've read you are not supposed to inflate it that much so it only raises you up about an inch. I'm close to your height and I don't think I could sit the way you are describing.

Kompact,

Love that Seal Silver they allow our northern neighbors to have. I too am curious about the Airhawk - I tested both the Fora and PCX before making the non-Forza decision...but that color with a nice seat...

No...don't start thinking...buyers remorse is a myth...

Have fun with that thing, it is looking great!

Great Kompact!

I always put foam grips over the stock. I buy them from a sporting goods store. The are foam bicycle grips. A little dish soap smeared inside lets you slip them over the stock grips. They generally last about 2-3 years and are $5 for the pair and a 5 min install time. I find having a softer thicker grip much more comfortable.

I finished all my mods, I'll post some updated pics next nice day we have. BTW the Airhawk seat sucks on the Forza. The stock seat hump makes it pretty uncomfortable.

Loaded up some basic gear and took off up the hwy heading North for a couple days. I was so busy enjoying the ride that I forgot to take any decent pics! Did manage to snag one along the side of the road. The sleeping bag and gas can strapped to the seat actually made for an awesome back rest!

I spent almost two full days on the open hwy at a steady 130kms and the Forza ran perfectly.

What part of Canada are you in? I am wondering if I bought a Forza in Canada, what it would take to register it across the border in the US.

I removed the seat hump. Now my knees don't hit the dash.

How tall are you? I am considering a Forza, but don't to have to do a humpectomy.

Overall height isn't the problem, its the length of your femur.
I'm six feet tall and fit just fine even with knee armour in place.
