I checked the service manual. Honda seems to call the ignition switch a 'combination switch in the wiring diagrams. Here are some screen captures.

Best thing to do would be simply to replace the panel. They are not expensive. Nice! We upgraded our 5th wheel to a new one last September and last week traded in our 17 year old trusty Ram 2500 for a new one. Next trip is in April!
