Hey Ben, that looks nice! Is it the D322?

Re: Big Brother to PCX
I like it OK and I suppose it will grow on me more as time goes on. Seat height is an inch and a half lower than PCX but it weighs 1.5 PCX.

Re: PCX Windscreen list
Mel, when I ordered my 322ST (smoke) from Compacc a few days ago the availability indicated shipping in 4-5 business days. It is still pending shipping but as you indicated the shipping for the windscreen will be free. I wonder why they tacked on shipping for a tail box when their web site is promot...

Re: Replacement Windshield
Indyglow & WhiteNoise thanks for your impressions. I'm still waiting on my D322ST to be shipped and based on your experiences it should be a little more comfortable than the stock version. Most of my riding is at 50mph or below. For the brief periods I will be riding over 50mph I think I can dea...

Re: Replacement Windshield
Thanks for the comfort comparisons Indyglow. Did you notice any differences in the PCX performance among the three different windscreens?

Re: Replacement Windshield
Hey toot. How do you like riding with the Givi short windscreen compared to the stock windscreen?
Thanks for any comparisons.

Re: moped/scooter/motorbike ?
The State of Delaware has declared my PCX a motorcycle and registered it as such. When I took it through the inspection lanes at the DMV, I told the technician that I wanted to register my new scooter. He told me the PCX is NOT a scooter it is a motorcycle due to the horsepower rating. If I heard hi...

A lot of rear boxes have the matte finish also which would continue the theme.
Congratulations!

Ahh! I just found a couple of video reviews that show options for attaching.
Thanks again for the links.

Re: How-To: Install a windshield
Thanks for that link WhiteNoise. It should fit on the tunnel nicely. The product details mention a fastening strap but no indication of how or where it attaches. I guess it must clip onto the edges of the plastic panels?

I agree. The first thing my wife said when she saw it was "Oh no! You bought a crotch rocket!!"Taz wrote:The PCX already looks like a sports scooter when compared to a Vespa

Re: How-To: Install a windshield
I don't want to derail a great windscreen thread but I am really interested in learning more about ms_sparky's Givi bag on the tunnel in front of the seat. What part number is that and how is it attached? I really want to avoid a rear trunk because I think it looks clunky on the beautiful PCX. But t...

Re: MC Endorsement
Yes, it is a good deal. Out of state residents must pay $200.00 which still isn't too bad.
Insurance costs here aren't too bad either. I paid $177.00 for "full" coverage for one year. The minimum coverage required by the State would have cost $94.00 per annum.

Re: MC Endorsement
Cost me $50.00 for the three day MSF course given by the state of Delaware. I would never have considered riding more than 50cc without the endorsement. In fact, I don't think the dealer would have sold me the PCX without it. And, when I registered the bike today the DMV clerk asked to see my licens...

Another old fart here and I just picked up a new 2011 PCX today also!
I just took my first ride on one of my favorite bicycling routes that has lots of curves. What a blast rolling on the throttle through the curves! I think the grin may be frozen on my face forever.
