Re: Honda PCX 125 stops while riding. Elektric problem?
I have had this issue once. It was the red emergency engine stop switch on the right handlebar. Flicked it back and forth a few times and it started again. Might not of been your issue, but it might help someone.

Re: Electric supercharger install
One last post. This one graph is of the stock Garrett GT06 turbo and the one with the custom turbine exhaust. The stock Turbo seems to be just right for the RPM range that our scooters run at. https://www.facebook.com/POST100/photos/a.212236088935104/400497863442258/ Blue line is the stock GT0632.

14 PSI with a single turbo, he is getting 28 hp. Look at that custom exhaust turbine housing.

Properly engineered turbos, plural, do work if you know what you are doing. Checkout this project out, a turbo compound 125cc salt lake racer motorcycle. Custom turbos were used to get the 45 psi of boost the owner wanted. He is pushing 60 RWHP. https://www.facebook.com/POST100 http://post100.com.au...

Re: Acceleration test
I couldn't remember the App that we were using on this thread, so I used a different one. It feels like the aluch performance has improved a bit. The best one was 5.7 s to 40mph, but it didn't save. I think I might be getting lausi GPS signal, that's the only thing that can explain the dips in the g...

Re: Acceleration test
I have no idea. Maybe the app malfunctioned. Guess I'll have to go do it a few more times. I did it after about 5 minutes of riding so I know the belt wasn't very hot. Felt like the front wheel was going to come off the ground. Could be a fluke, or luck, or just perfect timing. Don't know for sure,...

I had the same issue when I had the high draw LED headlights on my 2013 PCX. Since I could never get a good light pattern out of them, along with the flickering, I went back to halogen light bulbs.

Gil the bottom lights where did you tap to make them light up. I know the top are turn signals. Middle are headlamps. and Bottom are driving lights. Late reply, but the second picture is of the driving lights. I just made the hole in the middle of the circle depression in the plastic. I did have to...

Re: Fault Code Reader
I like to tinker with arduinos and such. The PIC 3 programmer is a tool that i'll use in the future and it's fun. But, yes it would be 1/4 the price of a new OBD reader.

Re: Fault Code Reader
I use a cheap Ebay special small blue color Bluetooth dongle. I'm thinking that the dongle I have might just be outdated. I bought it years ago. I found a firmware update for it, I'll try and update the firmware, just for fun, and report back. On a separate subject, has anyone bine able to read the...

I agree with Conelite, my MFR exhaust is only a bit louder than the stock one. The one I bought is M-FACTORY DAGEER Full Exhaust, from webike.net .

Oyabun what specific OBD2 dongle do you use? I use a similar one too what lonelec.co.uk has on it's site, but no go. The wired USB kit did work with my computer though.

I agree with Jge64. I would add though that most all aftermarket exhaust are going to be louder. The quieter aftermarket ones are heavier than the stock one.

Re: Installed aftermarket Keyless ignition. Result, not bad.
Hi Gil, I purchased this unit and about to install on my PCX(2019). My only concern is what happens if the battery is flat? How would I open up the seat if no power is in the unit? Any suggestion please? Malc Funny you asked about this. If the scooter isn't riden the unit will drain the battery in ...

Re: PCX not starting
Charge the battery, it might not have enough cranking amps.
I think the headlights only turn on when the engine is on.
