Service manual is a paid item. You can’t just download it, not legally at least. Shell out the money like the rest of us and pay for your own copy. Trust me, it’s worth it.

So I finally finished my last of the video series I recorded over Memorial Day weekend. This was on the Sunday of that weekend. lots of trees, mountains, and rivers, and some history to boot!

The morning was easier. It got flippin’ Cold Friday night after the sun went down.the traffic wasn’t bad on most of the route anyway simply due to the fact that it was mostly secondaries.

I have a three part video series going up on YouTube. Part one was posted last night. Went from Lancaster PA to The Berkshires in Massachusetts over Memorial Day weekend. When everything is right with the PCX, it’s great for a long distance (if rural) ride across the countryside.

That feeling at 63-64 is the scooter hitting the limiter. Mine hit the limiter at the same speed until I Swapped out the variator and roller weights. Now it hits the limiter at 75. That's 15mph faster than the scooter was intended to be ridden by Honda. Ride safer - save your $, buy a bigger bike. ...

Ah hah! That strap blended in to my eye. Good that you did that though.

MikeP, that is very cool. I like that a lot. A suggestion, for securing the bike and to avoid any unfortunate mishaps would be to install some eyes or hooks and use tie downs to secure the scooter in place.

Get out the multi- meter and the wiring diagram and start testing connections.

Paul, take look closer. Just above the 2 hex bolts there's a black screw popping out at us. That is Not Normal and needs attention. I would have that removed as soon as you're able. The PCX holds 50+ speeds like a champ. Really surprising as my previous 150 was most comfortable at 40-45. As others have mentioned though, it’s better for secondaries than it is for highways. Scooters are indeed a fantastic solution for the commuter. I will say I am jealous of you Californians and your legal filtering. Probably makes the commute that much quicker

I figured out how to get at the CBS brake fluid reservoir. Interestingly, you don't need to remove any back panels to get at it, despite what the manual says.
