Re: How many miles do you have on your PCX
I would have it shipped. I test rode a couple of 2nd gen 150s and enjoy the 1st gen more. Snappier off the line feel and feels sportier overall. I missed out on a mint 13 a month ago all over 150 bucks. Now the search begins again.

Re: How many miles do you have on your PCX
Hey Mel, I am in the market for a 13 150. How much would you be selling for? What extra maintenance do the Nyc goodies involve, I live in Seattle.

Re: Heidenau K66 4-Season Scooter Tire
When I will all I want is a 2020 Vespa GTS and a mint 2013 PCX150.
The 13 PCX is still the fastest and best handling gen imo.

Re: Tire choice?
Online- the best prices and service is probably from Revzilla or Bikebandit. The downside of buying online is dealer will charge you extra to mount it vs buying it from them. I would only either get Michelin or Pirelli. IRC is not a bad tire at all but the price difference is small vs the famous big...

Re: Kilometers on tires
My previous post was wrong. I only have the Angel on the rear and half worn Diablo on front. Its one hard wearing rear and a soft tire up front. Perhaps not the best combo---

Re: Differences between model years Honda PCX 150
I had a 2011 PCX125 which I regret selling for 1650.00 with only 2100 miles on it. It was very snappy off the line and felt faster 0 to 40 mph than the 17 PCX150 I test rode. I agree the 2013 is the one to get for fastest, OTOH the suspension is better on the 2nd generation. The 1st gen PCXs had to ...

Re: Kilometers on tires
Anyone have experience with Pirelli Angel Scooter tires vs Michelin City Grip? Today was the 1st day with my Angel Scooter tires, they replaced my Diablos. I put over 200 miles on them, all in one day. The Verdict is ________ I like the Diablo line better, I stand by what I have said before. The Di...

Re: Oil on the 300
Too good to be true on Conventional oil in a NYC taxi??

In my car I am using the oil in the video. I get my oil changed for 24.99 at Firestone which comes to 30.xx with tax and little things like washer and dispose fee.

Oil on the 300
I am about to do another oil change on my 15 300. I used convention oil Chevron Supreme 10W 40 and about to repeat, I like the sound of conventional vs Semi Synthetic in the 300. More gruff, motorcycle sounding vroom vs the more sewning machine when it was on Motul semi syn. What are the other 300 r...

Re: Kilometers on tires
My Diablo rear is pretty much shot, at about 6,500 miles. I ordered the Pirelli Angel this time, hopefully I can get 8k to 10k out of this less sporty tire.

Re: MPG: Getting around 90
You won't be let down by getting a 300. They are made for those of us who only want to pay and maintain one scooter. Its highly capable on the freeway and only once a while do I think its too much for under 55mph with it extra weight. I loathed the thought of paying more than I have to for insurance...

Re: 2019 Yamaha XMax 300 . . . the Last in a Long Line for M
The reality is that experienced riders can handle a slightly too high seat, but a newbie will be rattled by the uncomfortable feeling of "tippy toeing" the bike. Since many see scooters as the entry vehicle into the world of motorcycling, it is strange that the manufacturers do not recogn...

I bought the cheapest Cheeky Seat for my 11 PCX125. It added nothing to the height that I could feel at all.

You might want to take a look at replacing the cheap feeling and looking stock levers. I changed mine with these and have ridden about 2,000 miles on them and think the looks, feel and quality are top notch compared to the overpriced brand names ones at revzilla. https://www.amazon.com/FXCNC-Racing-...

The asking is down to 2300 now from 2500 now. I did get an offer of 2250 more than a week ago as best selling price from seller. https://seattle.craigslist.org/see/mcy/d/seattle-2013-honda-pcx-150/6944208540.html Here is another one just popped up. https://seattle.craigslist.org/kit/mcd/d/suquamish-...

Re: Poll: Vespa GTS300 HPE colours
Not a fan of the silver on the wheels. The looks of all Vespas improve a ton just by going all black on the wheels. Much more sporty.
My choice would be the 1st 300 in the pics.

You were having way too much of a good time, you have more guts than me leaning so much on skinny tires like that.

Yeah. Seller is kind of snobbish thinking he owns a classic. At least say how about a bit more. 2k is def not lowball considering I dont need the cycleshell.

I got ignored again after a offer of 2k for the pcx alone with no cycleshell. I dont think that is an insulting offer.
