No wonder I feel like I need to keep the brights on 24/7.
Sidenote: makes me want to add a flashlight to my miner's cap

Re: reflective tape... now you see it
I had some white reflective tape. Looked good in low light....bit too shiny and flashy in regular sunlight.
Black reflective tape would be perfect. Anyone know where to buy some?

Absolutely -thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
I'll go trace to the plug-in and see if I can spot anything.
Any idea the best way to pop that bulb out? Trying to do it without breaking the glass seems impossible. My fingers barely fit in there....

Rear Left Turn Signal
Ok. :ugeek: The housing "neck" broke off at some point, so that what I have left is a dangling participle of a turn light. The light housing itself is intact. The wires show no sign of breach. A couple months ago it was still functioning if I duct taped it back in place and like an old set...

On the German pcx forum there is currently a weekend special promotion. The G-euro is 209 EUR including shipping within Germany (feom Thailand, co customs/VAT comes on top of it)

Re: Decisions, decisions...(new guy)
My only concern is...will I get bored with it. I don't think so...but having never owned something so small, the thought has crossed my mind. But as others have mentioned, I do find it fun and sooo easy to ride. So easy in fact, I seemed to enjoy the scenery a bit more than I had in years. Boredom'...

Nice. Have the 2013 PCX150 and the ride after an hour is pretty bad. It's akin to riding a sailboat if you choose to take it to the highway.

YSS G-Euro Dealers
Decided to go with this model for shocks, based on advice on the forum. Bikerzbits.com just ran out of stock and powerbypcx.com is too expensive.
Need suggestions on what other sources I can use to order the shocks. Thanks.

Re: Plastic Parts / Poor Suspension
The suspension is bolted to the frame. The body panels are bolted to the frame. The frame is rigid and connects the two. I see no reason why the (admittedly lacking) stock suspension would put strain on the body panels. The panels from my experience are stout too -- I took my PCX on a lot of gravel...

By the way, you have to keep in mind my location. Denver Metro has been soaked thoroughly and then hit with escalating temperatures. The roads are ridiculously brownie-like. (Yes, the food)

I am reading all the posts here... and I am thinking the exact same... the weak point in riding Comfort is the "Front Shocks".... or at least I know when I hit a bump... it sends a shock wave up my arms and makes my head move and on a long drive causes discomfort to my neck and shoulder m...

Re: Heated Grip Install
Dealer said they might charge up to $230 to install heated grips depending on complexity of install. Though I would never just allow such a high charge, it would be good to get some advice here on which are the most straightforward heated grips to install for the 150... I'm looking at Oxford's and ...

Re: Rear Shocks
I'm lost in regard to the XL vs. XXL thing. Biggest concern is bottoming out and shocking my spine, so I will compromise perfect 'stiffness' to retain health of my vertebrae.
Even though I am 210-220 lbs, will the XL be softer for my back?
