Re: 2017 Model Forza, Will it exist in the USA ???
Yes, I agree as much as I think the Forza has a ultra smooth motor and a good ride it is a bit too heavy and big. For me I think this is the perfect sized ride http://www.alliancepowersports.com/models/hd.html Too bad in my area you have to buy one before you can see it in person. The reviews are ex...

Re: Scoot Commute 9 - the right tires
I like the stock tires, I use to ride a CBR250R which also used IRC as OEM tires. I found for just street riding they offered nearly everything the name brands did. IRC seems to have a narrow and tall profile to them that makes them easier to flick.

Re: Out the door prices 2017
Generally speaking if you can buy a bike model that is not " totally unwanted" paying MSRP price OTD is considered a pretty good deal ( tax, title, lic, doc fee, freight setup)

Re: Budget Helmet?
I would not go lower than HJC for a lower priced helmet.

First fill up 87 MPG, thats is what I expected unlike the over 100 MPG Honda claims.

HJC comest to mind, very good quality and awfully cheap compared to Arai, Shoei.

Re: 2017 Model Forza, Will it exist in the USA ???
They have them locally new for 4299 with ABS, plus whatever fees you can talk out of at my dealer. I test rode the bike once, its the smoothest motor I have ever rode on any mc or scooter. The handling is average to me, at 422 lbs its about 50% heavier than a PCX. I would have bought it if it was li...

Re: Used 2011 125
Decoration piece, it's just stuck on. Don't want to risk paint damage by peeling it off. Outstanding bike for crowded streets. I just don't like that silly seat hump, it's uncomfortable.
Paid 1650 for it, was cheaper than many bicycles I have bought.

Used 2011 125
Had 1157 miles on it when I bought it, first day put over 50 miles on it. Pretty low miles for a 2011. I love white on the PCX, I think every year should be a white option. http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a330/calgary2800/IMG_20160927_145309_zpshcn34g7w.jpg http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a330/c...

Re: New PCX 125 Rider
Irc has always made narrow tires, you can have 2 tires same size different brand bit both have different width profiles. Are the city grips bigger than stock same size. In the bicycle world it's a major problem, the makers don't seems to know how to measure width. I prefer slim profile cause it make...

Re: Yamaha's answer to the PCX... the XC155 !
I actually rode the SMAX last summer on Yamaha's demo days. I took it on the freeway with the other riders with R1, R6, FZ07 , R3. I had to pin the throttle every single moment to keep within distance of the riders. Top speed don't remember but for freeway riding I do not think any 150cc bike is goi...

Re: Yamaha's answer to the PCX... the XC155 !
I just got a barely used 2011 PCX 125 today, it only had 1,150 miles or so. I got it at the dealer who also had a used 2015 Smax. I rode the Smax first. I liked the SMAX's power, it was faster than my 125 for sure but the handling was bad, I did not care for it at all. The center of gravity was too ...
