Can't help you there. I have not installed any performance mods on my PCX.
There probably is a local club with members that tweak their bikes.
I am not sure that parts not made in Thailand would be stocked locally.
You could check at http://www.powerbypcx.com/
They are down in Phuket

Re: Bracket for top box PCX 125 2015
Willie - on the 2015 there is a removable plate that covers the mounting points. No drilling required.
Manny had posted this link to an explanatory video.

Honda Powersports lists the part number as 08L71-K35-J00 for the rack for the 2015 model http://powersports.honda.com/2015/pcx/accessories.aspx This is the one that I had to buy in the USA and carry it over to Thailand - even though it is made in Thailand, it is not sold here. http://www.hondapcx.or...

Re: RAM Mount
While the metal parts are fairly indestructible, the plastic cradles do break on occasion.
A friend here in Thailand broke his - he emailed a photo and credit card info to RAM. They sent the part to my USA address and I brought it over for him on my last trip. Cost him two dollars for the postage.

Mel, do you have a picture of your mount? From your wording, it would seem that you have the RAM ball bolted to the cover of your brake reservoir.

Re: Trouble installing a top case...
Manny - to get to the threads for the mounting bolts on the 2015, all you have to remove is the small plastic piece (about 6'' square). To do that, you have to disengage the plastic body rivets. Gently push down the center part of the rivets about 1/4 inch. Lift the plate up and forward 1/2 inch and...

RAM Mount
Just installed a RAM Mount - Ram Mount Motorcycle Brake/Clutch Reservoir Base with 1-Inch Ball - RAM-B-309-1U You get 6x55 mm bolts in the kit, but they are too long. Plastic spacers are included, but they tend to deform when you tighten the bolts. I bought some 6x45mm bolts, worked perfectly. RAM M...

Re: Givi SR1136 Rack availability in Thailand
Just some info for the riders outside Asia - there is Givi ITALY, and there is Givi MALAYSIA
Givi Malaysia produces inexpensive top boxes and side boxes for scooters. http://www.givi.com.my/Boxes1.html
If you want the bigger ones made in Italy, the price goes way up.

Re: Givi SR1136 Rack availability in Thailand
Honda Thailand sells a mounting rack for top boxes - 08L42-KWN-700. Since you have the Givi plate, you could stop at the dealer and see if it would bolt on easily.
Cost is about 1600 baht - probably less than Givi prices.

Re: Accessories in Thailand - luggage rack
P/N 08L71-K35-J00 is correct. I blame my secretary :-)
The rack is cast metal, non-magnetic, probably aluminum.
I called Honda Powersports - 866 784 1870 - before ordering because no picture is shown on their website. They sent me the installation instructions so I could see what it looked like.

Re: Accessories in Thailand - seat cover
Mel - the mesh that your butt will have contact with has much less thermal mass than a seat and seat cover, and will not hold as much heat. I was out running errands today, it was 95 degrees and the bike was parked in the sun at times. The black metal luggage rack got too hot to touch, but the mesh ...

This is a Honda part number. You can find this part at some online suppliers, but I just called the local Honda dealer and ordered it from them.

Dustoff - what's your point?
The mounting straps of any soft luggage will rub on the grab rail. I have mine protected.
Got a better system?
