Re: Changing tires, what are the options?
I have experience from my Chinese scooter 10" tires before I got my PCX, And while I was able to accomplish many tire changes on my own, the biggest challenge is getting them filled up after changing. I've literally had to tie a rope around the tire to help set the bead. It is not a fun experie...

2018 PCX Running Wire From Glove Box To Ignition Panel
So I want to do a mod (will describe later in a how to) which I need to run a wire from the inside the glove box around the steering column and to the ignition side. I've read the service manual and was thinking I could pull off the rear meter panel to accomplish this. After reading how to remove th...

Re: Tan Seat On Blue PCX
I prefer the White PCX and the red PCX second best. But I think what you did to your blue PCX improves it tremendously. That color combo actually looks fantastic. The black seat and black trim just get lost next to the dark blue. Not enough contrast. But the tan seat really punches it up. Nice job....

Re: FOBO On Stock Valve Stems
Yeah, I considered that as well. I was concerned about battery draw having it hooked up to the port inside the glove box. that and the fact that I can get notifications on the phone when home and at work that a tire is losing pressure was my justification to buy the fobo. So long as I can attach to ...

Re: Lithium Iron Battery
I'm just wanting to know if I CAN put this battery in the PCX without any problems. I said I've been using one for years not necessarily the same one.

Re: FOBO On Stock Valve Stems
If a tire is leaking for whatever reason, I'd like to know in advance so a: I can take the steps to fix it and b: if I'm losing air while riding, I'd like to know about it before it causes problems riding. As my bike is my sole transportation, I'm not a fan of heading off to work only to discover I ...

Re: Lithium Iron Battery
well, I was going to put the battery in my other scooter that I'm selling and swap it with the lithium, as the lithium being a more expensive battery.

Lithium Iron Battery
I have been using a Lithium Iron Battery on my Chinese scooter for years and was wondering if it will also suffice on the PCX as it is much lighter and have never had a problem with it. Just not sure with the Honda as it uses fuel injection and fuel pump and don't want to risk burning anything out. ...

Re: FOBO On Stock Valve Stems
What is your reasoning/experience? I was looking for a way to monitor tire pressure without having to use a tire gauge all of the time. Thanks

FOBO On Stock Valve Stems
So I ordered a set of the FOBO TPM for my new scooter. I understand that the valve stems on this bike are rubber and just now read that they should be put on metal valve stems. Wish they would have put that in the product description. Anyway. I know it's gonna cost some $$$ to get and have the metal...

Re: AMA for us scooter people?
Thanks! It is my understanding from their website that if you opt for the auto renew on the annual membership, the roadside assistance is included. For me it’s just piece of mind that it is there should I need it. As for the events I didn’t want to be a laughing stock showing up when everyone else i...

Re: Tan Seat On Blue PCX
Her website is http://scooterseatcovers.net and her name is Suzy I happened to chat with her via her website and told her what I wanted and she was very helpful and suggested this color/ fabric based on what I told her I wanted. She quoted me $85, shipping included and gave her to go ahead and paid ...

AMA for us scooter people?
So I was reading a post and it referred to the AMA, motorcycle association. My question is twofold; do any PCX owners belong and are there events for scooters with them? 2- does anyone use their roadside assistance as it is cheaper than AAA? Their membership fees are less than the price of a tow.

Installing was pretty straightforward. I did remove the seat to get it lined up and tight plus two staples, one on each side.

Re: Chinese Convertor
Truly loving the new scoot. Not feeling the need to carry spare parts and complete tool set under the seat is very much worth the cost of the PCX. Still getting used to the ride compared to my other one but all in time. My new motto PCX Peace Comes with eXcellence.
