Work the brakes a few times to center the brake pads and shoes. Make sure every thing is put back together correctly.

I rode yesterday and today. Great riding today as it was warmer. I rode about 50 miles. I ride any time its around 40 or higher and the road is clear. Hope to ride more yet this year. I need to ride about 300 miles more to make 10,000 miles for the year.

If you were coasting down hill say at 80mph and you gave it the gas your engine would then go the rpm for 80mph and blow up. I think it would also blow the drive belt, clutch, ect. Go just 20mph coasting then gas it. It will jerk and the engine speeds up to that rpm for your speed. I can't even thin...

Ask for your old parts. If they tell you they through them out already talk to the owner. Here in the US they must give you your old parts. If they can't prove to you that they were worn out I would not pay.

I have the NCY variator and drive face and run the OEM rollers on my 2013 PCX 150. I would like to know how long the rollers will last? I have a little ruckus with a scooter ninja variator and it wears OEM rollers out in less than 2000 miles. Thanks

I have 10k on my 2013 pcx 150. It is just coming up on 15 months old. It likes to wear out rear tires every 4k. The front tire I just changed for the first time at 10k.

Put the scooter on its center stand. Have the engine warmed up and let it idle. See if the rear wheel is spinning at idle. If it spins the idle is too high. If it does not spin you are ok. My PCX feels smoother at idle if I hold the brake on at stops.

The wires to the PCX brake light are
green=ground
green and yellow together=brake light power source.
brown=running light power source

I looked at the online Honda parts and it said that exhaust cover is only $9 bucks in the USA. Call your local Honda shop and check it out.

Just got back from my local Honda shop here in Ohio and they had a 2015 pcx. It said on the vin plate made in Veitnam. The turn signals are built into the body, bigger tail light and a little body reshaping. It was the peral white and looks good. I hope the build quality is just as good as the 2013....

Unless you cross threaded the plug, it should back out very easy. If the plug is sticking out a bit use what ever you have to grip the edge. Have you tried lubing it with WD-40? It may back out just using your finger.

There was a write-up on this not long ago. It said to take the hump off and seal around the outter edge of the hump, then install. It talked about using double face tape or silicond if I remember correctly. The water is under the hump and runs out on to your butt when you sit on it.
