When I lived back in England we always used to sing 'I left my heart in Chipping Sodbury' That's the name of one of the quaint places I used to live :D

I thought so too, but ....... does the PCX meet 3 of 5 ? 2.1.1 A scooter is a two or three wheeled vehicle that satisfies AT LEAST THREE OF FIVE of the following conditions: • 2.1.1.1 unit construction of engine, transmission and rear swingarm. • 2.1.1.2 wheels no larger than 10in. • 2.1.1.3 origin...

...... is going from Morro Bay California to Plymouth Massachusetts, I don't think the dates are firm yet. Is anyone with a PCX considering the challenge ? http://forum.scootercannonballrun.com I doubt they would allow PCX's. PCX Has 14" wheels This is from their rules: 2.1.1.2 wheels no large...

Re: Hi folks!

About the only thing I've done is give it a hump-ectomy and add heated grips. I did the hump-ectomy last night! Received my new seat cover from Cheeky Seats yesterday. Black with red stitching and extra padding. It looks stunning. Now my wife wants one for her 2016, but unfortunately they don't mak...

Re: Hi folks!

Mel: I like doing the cosmetic stuff, like seat covers etc., but mechanical upgrades are not for me any more. I like that to be stock. We have no complaints about performance on our PCXs, so we'll leave them like they are for now. :) Over the years I have done mechanical work on so many vehicles tha...

Re: Use Those Mirrors!

Yup, always be alert. Last week I was going to work and there was an older Buick Regal in the right lane, temp tags and going slower that the main traffic flow. My sixth sense kicked in and I held back as we approached a junction. When he braked the car slewed into my lane, then swerved back over to...

Re: Hi folks!

Big welcome from another land of mountain ranges - New Zealand. Bikes look great. Are you new to riding? My wife has been riding for years, but I have been making her downsize as we get a lot older! She has had dirt bikes, Silver Wing and Kawasaki Vulcan amongst others. As for me, I have had 50cc s...

Hi folks!

Have been surfing here since July and have picked up multiple outstanding tips. Thought I'd better let you know I am here. I ordered a new padded seat cover from Cheeky Seats in order to get rid of the hump and have added a clock to the handlebars. I also looked at many folk's recommendations for re...
