Re: Clutch 6-sided 37mm socket - hard to find
I believe it should be a 6-sided 39mm (not 37mm!) socket - good thing I had not ordered one yet. Surprised no one spotted my mistake :) I believe something like this should be fine? http://tinyurl.com/y9mxcoyb How about this, it's an impact socket so should be ok. 3/4" drive so you might need ...

Re: Cold weather and lower top speed & mpg?
A given amount of fuel has a fixed amount of energy. If the ambient temperature is lower, more of the fuel is used to generate heat giving less for mechanical work. Doesn't quite work that way as what we're trying to achieve is a change in pressure (or pressure ratio). And a lower temperature also ...

I use the Oxford scooter ones, wrong choice, low is hardly noticeable. Only 2 settings low and high, the switch has to be set in the bodywork.

Honda Manuals, download.
Not tried it myself and model coverage is not stated until you register, but could be interesting to someone. I was told that you can't actually download but can print to PDF. http://www.techinfo.honda-eu.com/faq

Alleluja, at last. "heating up the incoming air" Also the engine, oil and surrounding environment.sendler2112 wrote:Very easy to answer. All internal combustion engines are more efficient in hot weather. Less of the fuel's energy is wasted in heating up the incoming air.

Re: Not starting :-(
When you say it turns the engine, does it do it at the same speed as before, and for how long before it stops? Do you just do short journeys. I have a Yamaha 1100 and 2 years ago I had a similar problem. Firstly I charged it with an old optimate for a week and the bike would start after turning for ...
