Re: How-To: Gear Oil Change & Belt Filter Clean
Ok. Reviving an old thread. Have a slight concern and would appreciate advice/comment. Renewed my Forza 300 transmission/final drive oil all as per manual and indeed in accordance with this post. However when refilling to the point where the new oil flows out of the check bolt hole i have put in muc...

Re: Oil Capacity FORZA 300
Have not noticed any issue with the quantity of engine oil but strangely enough today I changed my final drive oil (Transmission oil) ...job held over from my servicing back in Oct/Nov....and that took loads more than the measure given in the service manual...kept looking to see if it was leaking so...

Re: New Forza 300 - 1st Impressions
Fish... wing mirrors ...and just to avoid anyone reading this thread being confused. I assume you are referring to the "just replaced Forza NSS300"...not the new Forza300...when advising about replacement wing mirrors. I had picked up that tip some time ago on this forum, I think from your...

Re: clutch driven pulley...how to remove?
to be honest...I don't think an OEM belt however worn could come off without removing the clutch...it would still have the cogs or would have disintegrated......just no space to get anything off unless very thin . I ended up using my own made up tool to hold the flywheels to loosen the nuts. I remem...

Re: clutch driven pulley...how to remove?
maybe just "wishful thinking" but the Forza acceleration appears more responsive and nippier after fitting the new belt and rollers.

Re: clutch driven pulley...how to remove?
not too sure what you mean by the "cog style". I got the Honda belt from David Silver in UK a main Honda supplier....so I suppose original. When I am unsure I usually go for the manufacturer kit. Will give the bike a run tomorrow and see if I notice any improvement with the new rollers and...

Re: clutch driven pulley...how to remove?
thanks for the comments/advices Easyrider...I had seen that short film...only difficulty is that I don't have an impact drill...hence my question. The works manual talks about a "special tool"..which looks like a professional strap spanner. Don't need to remove the clutch?...MMm...that's no...

clutch driven pulley...how to remove?
Going to change the drive belt and the roller weights on my 2014 Forza NSS300. To remove the belt ( and replace) it appears I need to take off the clutch driven pulley (as well as the drive pulley)….the belt wont come off without taking that off?...I did similar work on the Honda SWing a few years a...

Re: Stock Roller size/weight
thanks for that. I am now in contact with a main Honda spares supplier in UK and await their response...and NO I am not going anyplace near the valves. The bike runs perfectly and always has done . My amateurish playing about with valves only runs risk of upsetting that. I have read views that "...

Re: Stock Roller size/weight
thanks...and sort of confirms my thoughts...bike performs as well as I want/need so renewing with stock rollers is my favourite. Cannot however find any reference in the works manual to weight of stock roller . From above it would "seem" that 23x 18... 6 x 20gram is the stock fitted? That'...

Re: Stock Roller size/weight
reviving an older thread.... I need to renew the drive belt on my 2014 Forza300...16500mls on clock Suggestion was that while doing that to also renew the rollers...possibly with Dr Pulley sliders. Reading on this forum I am slightly confused...Does anyone know what the correct weights are for the h...

Re: New Forza 300 - 1st Impressions
I have to say that the new bike looks good...and I like the idea of the moveable screen. I have a couple of issues however … Weight?...I think I prefer the heavier weight of my existing Forza...sits well on the road in windy conditions and while on the heavy side wheeling it about is not overly diff...

Re: Windshield upgrade?
I am struggling with attaching a photo from my laptop...have taken a couple...but cannot see how to attach?!...as I say my IT skills and understanding is limited! However have measured the gap between the handlebar and the screen on full lock (remember I have kept my handlebar at normal position). T...

Re: Windshield upgrade?
Hi Atabone...I have the Puig screen on my Forza300...Went out to garage to look at any clearance issue...My handle bars are set as normal...haven't altered them and it seems to me there is loads of clearance...will try to take photo and post if my IT skills are up to it! It was my wing mirror extens...
