Re: Stretched engine mount
I really appreciate that! I'll keep my eyes peeled! I just need to see if I can visualise 3 and 6 inch stretches. Would you be interested in me paying you for it and shipping and you post it to me? Am trying to work on this sort of thing at the moment but we need to test out all the postage first t...

Re: YSS rear shocks installed - report
Both places are trusted part suppliers in Thailand for export. They are also the most expensive with powerpcx coming out a winner in stuff that cost the most...like Japanwebike. I'm 12 stone and have the euro xxl upside down gas shocks for a fat tire conversation. On the lowest setting they are just...

Re: Stretched engine mount
We have the 3" & 6" mount here in Thailand. With postage it's probably a good job to do it across the water. Mounts start at £30 -1500 baht. You need the YSS adjustable shocks, aftermarket air filter, oil cooler and fat back tire to make look the business. Rides a bit like the Burgman...

Re: Fitting 13" wheels and wide tires on PCX 150
I am all for the 13" convertion same reason why the have remade the stocks PCX wheels 13".... More tire variety and more stability. My girlfriend has the grand Filano 12" wheels with much larger tires than the PCX, stock suspension and obviously a shorter framebase. But the difference...

Re: Bike running at
When you put it all back together did you use the right torque settings for the cvt etc, made sure the belt was seated properly before doing it all up. First port of call..sounds like it's slapping for some reason.

Re: panel removal ???
Congratulations, you're a man of your word. Respect due :) :) Sometimes it's all I have left in me. I am not here to put anyone's noses out of joint, but I do have to speak if something is not right. Even I make mistakes...spelt screw(srew) and added in 8mm socket instead of 7mm. Thanks for the com...

Re: panel removal ???
To be fair, I believe Homie's vid's were the 1st to show a dismantling of a new style 2015 to do a valve check and are very thorough - on youtube for all to watch and learn and not pay for a manual, which even then is not as good as seeing something done. No point dissing it for the sake of a few c...

Re: panel removal ???
Honda uses these throughout their entire line. It's all over their Accords. And they all work the same. Either the middle pushes down and you use a pencil type instrument, or the outer collar lifts up, using a panel popper tool. Ours use the pin in the middle the pushes down, to loosen. Your reset ...

One of those times where you shouldn't ask and just do. Tell us how it went and plan some nice stops to give the engine a break and take In some sites. You can do whatever you set out to....am sure the ride is up to it. Good luck on the journey.

panel removal ???
Just watched a shocking panel removing video where someone ripped out the push pins saying they were not necessary anyway and Didn't cost much to replace. If you are taking the panels off a 2015 pcx please use a biro or pencil to push in the center to remove, then push half way back out to insert ag...
