First double check the circuit. By testing first unplug temp sensor, short the temp sensor wiring harness. . If fan goes on then circuit ok. if doesnt back circuit and relay and temp sensor and fuse.

i would torque it at 36 foot lbs. That should be good.

I always try to use them as far as possible. Just takes a bit of ingenuity. Main issue is that they are thinner...

thats why I switch to lipo battery. Never failed me yet. If it was a month then any “battery” will be marginal at that point. My other scooter is a carburetor scooter and that had no problems with the battery. So i guess the new fuel injected scooters have some system that uses electricity huh? Gen...

I found the parts needed but too expensive to retrofit. 100.00 for headlamp assembly. Another 60.00 for the black bottom panel below the center console to cover rabbet ears cutout. and 150.00 to replace rear fender and rear turn signal assembly.

Every ride, or every other. Low oil will quickly & permanently damage an engine. Seriously low oil will kill it. New scooter engines are well over $1,000..... The wealthy can afford to be lazy about that 30 second procedure -- I can't. Fish I just rebuilt a complete 2013 pcx 150. Had to change ...

im planning to pull engine out. and rebuild head with valve job and valve seals. I will also change head gasket and piston rings. and piston too. Easy job for me.

yea, My bike always has half of 800ml that i put in at every oil change. But it runs fast and like a champ. Im planning to change oil every other month.
