Had my recall done today. The mechanic did have trouble with the seal on the fuel pump as other people have reported - OK now.

Apologies, I thought you were indicating the fuel pipe connector.

Been to the dealer and they have ordered the new fuel pump. Incidentally, the photographs shown by "Fish" are not the fuel pump. The fuel pump is the large roundish element in the first photo with a electric connector in the centre, to the left of the white fuel connector shown.

I have checked the Honda UK website for a recall and mine is one of them. It seems to cover most Forza's sold up to June 2014 (when I bought mine). It says to contact your Honda dealer to have the problem rectified. Will go to my dealer tomorrow and sort it out.

From 2016, all motorcycles/scooters above 125cc (I think) sold new in Europe (EU) will have to have ABS as standard.

I don't think they are compatible as Honda and Givi use different systems for mounting their top boxes. When I fitted a Givi rack (same as Honda) , I ignored the instructions that came with the rack and just removed the rear cover. The instructions ask you to drill the rear cover. I had thought of using a relay but the Oxford grips automatically shuts off if the voltage drops low, thus avoiding a flat battery.

Thanks for the reply. Mine is an ABS model, so I will have to wire direct to the battery.

I need to wire in a set of Oxford Heated grips to my Forza. Is the red 4 point multi plug at the rear of the fuse boxes (above the right hand glovebox) an accessory plug where I can wire in electrical accessories? If anyone has used it, are all 4 live or is one connection for an earth lead? Thanks i...
