The case with mounting plate is under $40US.
I have plenty of straps(a box of guitar straps).
the U-bolts shouldn't be more than a buck or two.
So, for under $50US, I think it is a good deal.

I added my lights without tearing my bike down half that much. Taking the panel off that contains the gas cap cover gave me access to most of the wiring that I needed to get to. In the back, I could take the whole thing apart in 10 minutes, so the only problem I have had has been including led turn...

Here's an update with my scoot tore down for lighting mods!!
I'm working on the lighting wiring harness.
Replacing the rear turn signals with LED strip lights.
I've mounted the spot lights to the forks, but I need to wire them up.
COB LEDs for underglow.
EL-Wire for accent lights.
